What areas do you service?

We service the greater Portland area, divided into delivery zones A, B, and C. Zone A is our core service area with no delivery fees, while zones B and C have additional delivery charges.

How quickly can you deliver?

We offer scheduled deliveries (3+ days advance), as well as emergency services for same-day, next-day, or 2-7 day deliveries with appropriate surcharges.

Do you offer weekend delivery and pickup?

Yes, we offer weekend services with additional weekend surcharges. Weekend delivery and pickup fees vary by zone.

Pricing

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is based on the type and quantity of units, delivery zone, rental duration, and any additional services. Extended rentals (8+ days) and multi-unit orders qualify for discounts.

Are there discounts for multiple units?

Yes! Orders of 3-5 units receive a 10% discount, and orders of 6+ units receive a 15% discount on the total rental cost.

Rental

What is the minimum rental period?

The standard rental period starts at 2 days. For shorter periods, please contact us to discuss emergency service options.

Can I extend my rental?

Yes, you can request a rental extension. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup date to arrange an extension.

Units

What types of units are available?

We offer Standard Portable Toilets, Handicap Accessible Units for accessibility, and Hand Wash Stations for hygiene.
